Jeremy undertook his pupillage in Chambers in 1992-3 and initially practiced in all areas of Chambers work. Over the years, his practice has become concentrated in three main areas: personal injury, clinical negligence and police work.
The majority of Jeremy's work is in the field of personal injury. He acts largely for claimant's, principally in the areas of industrial accidents and disease, although he also undertakes road traffic, stress, and fatal accident claims.
Jeremy also undertakes Clinical Negligence work (again, claimant based) and has extensive experience representing applicants in the CICAP.
In addition, Jeremy has over 12 years experience of defending civil actions brought against the police, mostly for the Metropolitan Police. He has successfully defended numerous civil actions to their jury trial conclusion. He has also advised the Metropolitan Police on policy issues.
