Ed's practice is dominated by dealing with claims arising out of serious injury, clinical and professional negligence. Many of his current cases are valued at more than £100,000: including ones before the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel.

Ed appears in employment tribunals across the country acting for both Claimants and businesses: many of these tribunals are complex multi-day tribunals.

Through his employment work, and his broader commercial work, Ed has developed a practice advising and acting for small to medium size businesses and well understands the financial pressures of such enterprises. Ed can now offer direct access to both individuals and businesses in all of his specialisms.

Ed appears in the FPC, County and High Court in relation to public law family proceedings and cases with an international element.
