Linda is listed as a Leading Junior under Personal Injury in the Legal 500 Clients' Guide 2009.
Linda is experienced in all aspects of Personal Injury litigation including employers’ liability, trippers and slippers, RTAs (with particular expertise in low velocity collisions and fraudulent claims), animals claims, aviation/carriage by air, accidents at sea and holiday claims. Her experience extends to clinical negligence, coroners' inquests and CICB/CICAP work.
She is the co-author of the book ‘Work Accidents at Sea’ and is a contributing author of the 9 Gough Square guide to Clinical Negligence claims, APIL’s ‘Guide to RTA liability’ and Kemp & Kemp’s Personal Injury Law, Practice and Procedure. She has had articles published in JPIL, the Solicitors Journal, Legal and Medical Magazine and Personal Injury Matters online; has been interviewed by Legal Network Television on a number of topics and regularly gives seminars and lectures for CLT and APIL.
