Cases

Mountenay v Bernard Matthews; 9 chicken processors suffering from various WRULDs.

Alexander v Midland Bank; 5 bank employees who developed diffuse WRULD.

Jones v Metal Box plc; The senior civil judge in the Cardiff County Court ruled in on 11th January 2007 that employers should have eliminated asbestos dust in their factory within at most 8 months of the “watershed” Sunday Times article of 31st October 1965.
