Members of chambers accept civil cases which are privately funded, insurance-backed, legally aided and, if appropriate, funded under a conditional fee arrangement.
Where any privately-funded instructions are received in chambers (whether in new cases or to undertake work in an existing case) when accepted the Bar Council's "Standard Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Legal Services by Barrister to Authorised Persons 2012" ("the Standard Conditions") will apply. The Standard Conditions are contained in Annexe T to the Bar Code of Conduct. Click here to view these online.
