Practice Details

Perrin has developed a practice covering all areas of personal injury, costs litigation, contract and professional negligence claims as well as regularly appearing in the Coroners Court and before the CICAP. She also undertakes work for the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis and the Hertfordshire Constabulary. Her PI work mainly involves multi-track employers liability claims, industrial disease litigation, road traffic disputes and the usual Highways Act and Occupiers Liability Act claims.

Mohammed Al-Fayed & Others v Commisioner of Police [2004] EWCA Civ 1579. Wrongful arrest and false imprisonment.

Mohammed Al-Fayed & Others v Commisioner of Police [2002] EWCA Civ 780. Inadvertent disclosure of documents that were subject to legal professional privilege and public interest immunity.
