FPS v Adama-Agbo & others: Successful benefit and mortgage fraud prosecution. Nhiliziyo v Met Police: Successfully defended appeal by way of case stated in the High Court regarding a SOPO. MHRA v Patel & Kerrs Chemist: Successful prosecution of a pharmacist for online international sales offences. D4C Plc: Successfully defended company directors charged with auditing offences. HM Revenue and Customs v King and Hibbart: Prosecuted high value cocaine and cannabis importation – King sentenced to 8 years imprisonment. Vernon v Butcher: Successful appeal where Court of Appeal issued guidance on law and experts in boundary disputes. R v Bright and others (Independent Insurance Group Ltd): Second Junior to Andrew Baillie QC in successful SFO prosecution. Bright sentenced to 7 years, Condon to 3 years, Lomas to 4 years. Confiscation proceedings ongoing. R v Dennis: Successfully prosecuted a child abuse case at the Old Bailey. Nottingham County Council v R and H: Iinstructed by the Treasury Solicitor to cross-examine a child alleging sexual abuse. R v Grundy & others: Ongoing prosecution of a £4 million cannabis importation conspiracy. R v Aboagye & others: Junior in aggravated burglary trial. R v Antoine: Successfully prosecuted a £250,000 identity fraud at the Old Bailey. R v Haynes: Successfully argued autrefois convict in high value amphetamine supply case. DPP v Saghir: Instructed by the DPP in the High Court in a vote-rigging scandal. Top
