Civil Actions Against the Police

Vincent Williams has advised and/or been to trial in a very large number of civil actions and is instructed by a number of police forces. He is listed as a 'Leader at the Bar' in the area Police Law by which recites his praises by leading police forces as “an integral part of this formidable team of senior juniors” at 9 Gough Square, “Absolutely excellent, thorough, well prepared and strong in cross-examination” the Guide refers to him as a forces’ favourite celebrated for being “really easy to work with”.

Personal Injury

Vincent's Personal Injury experience includes: claims arising from road traffic accidents; injuries at work; and rail disasters (Watford, Paddington, Ladbroke Grove, Hatfield). Coroners' Inquests. During his career, he has been involved in a number of sensitive Coroners` inquests. Vincent was instructed, on behalf of the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in the Statutory Inquiry into the Death of Victoria Climbié (Chair: Lord Laming of Tewin).
