Practice Details
After completing his pupillage and being called to the Bar in 1981 Martin joined the Government Legal Service firstly with the Crown Prosecution Service where he became an Assistant Branch Crown Prosecutor and then with the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) where, as a Case Controller, he was responsible for the investigation and prosecution of 18 cases of serious fraud all of which resulted in the conviction of the principal offender. Interests
His interests include literature, theatre and cinema. He plays various sports badly but watches sport, in particular football and cricket, with far greater proficiency. He is married with two children. Top |
